SERVICE & TEST PAYMENT TERMS
Service & TEST Payment Terms
The marketing home describes the product's current scope and TEST payment boundary. No product order, purchase or reservation contract, payment approval, or wallet transaction occurs before the user explicitly approves it in the product.
1. Product blueprint and current scope
Vitlane is designed as a purchase pipeline from product research through user selection and approval, Web3 wallet payment, and order processing. The current product is a TEST environment that verifies this flow with no-value tVITUSD and a simulated merchant adapter. No real product order, physical delivery, or movement of an asset with economic value occurs.
2. Purchase plans and product research
A connected Agent performs only the purchase planning and product research authorized by the user and proposes candidates. Confirming a purchase plan or selecting a recommended product is not payment approval. An Agent cannot choose a product, pay, or sign with a wallet on the user's behalf.
3. Purchase-term approval and wallet signatures
Purchase-term approval shows the product, options, quantity, final amount, TEST token, network, and expiry. Wallet ownership confirmation, receiving tVITUSD, approving the exact payment limit, and submitting payment are separate wallet actions signed directly by the user. Vitlane does not request a wallet private key or unlimited allowance.
4. Prices and TEST assets
Product prices and payment terms are shown as amounts and currencies. The approved amount for a USD product corresponds exactly to a 6-decimal tVITUSD quantity, but tVITUSD has no economic value, USD backing, or cash redemption right. GIWA Test ETH is used only for transaction gas and is separate from the product payment amount.
5. Order processing and evidence
Current order processing verifies procedures such as assigned operator authorization and audited access to shipping information, while external effects are SIMULATED. A generated TEST receipt is not a legal receipt, proof of a real purchase, or a delivery promise. Even when policy identifies the original merchant as the Merchant of Record, the current TEST does not create a legal sale.
6. Cancellation and TEST refunds
Before payment submission, a purchase may be cancelled, and any remaining token allowance may be revoked separately in the wallet. After a TEST payment, if simulated order processing fails or a defined expiry condition is met, all escrowed tVITUSD is returned under the Settlement policy. This is the return of a no-value TEST token, not a promise to refund a real payment method. Future LIVE payment cancellation, refund, and sales-liability terms will not reuse the TEST terms without separate notice and consent.
7. User responsibilities
Users must verify the product, options, amount, and the network, contract, and quantity shown by the wallet. If a wallet signature request differs from the current action shown by Vitlane or the TEST boundary is unclear, stop the transaction and confirm it through Customer conversations in the product.
8. Operations and customer conversations
The Vitlane operations team operates the service. Signed-in users can check purchase progress, TEST payment state, and privacy requests through Customer conversations in the product.
