Service & Payment Terms
These terms describe product research and the separate PayPal Live Pilot, Sandbox and GIWA TEST purchase paths. Payment and procurement require your explicit approval in the app.
1. Product research and current scope
Vitlane uses AI to research and compare products. PayPal Live Pilot, when available in the app, supports real orders and delivery to U.S. shipping addresses, with authorization, charges and refunds in USD. PayPal Sandbox and GIWA Testnet are separate test options: they do not create real merchant orders or physical deliveries. GIWA production and USDC payments are not available.
2. Product selection and purchase approval
Research results are recommendations, not orders. Prices, availability, shipping and taxes are checked again when preparing a purchase. You choose the products and explicitly approve the items, options, quantities, shipping address, total, service fee and payment method shown in the order sheet. Product selection alone does not authorize payment. Products marked for external purchase are bought on the merchant site, outside the Vitlane order and payment flow.
3. PayPal approval and wallet signatures
For PayPal, you approve the full order authorization; this is separate from a charge or merchant purchase. Charges are made for the relevant merchant order as procurement proceeds within your approved terms. For GIWA Testnet, wallet ownership verification, receiving tVITUSD, granting the exact allowance and submitting payment are separate actions that you sign yourself. Vitlane does not request wallet private keys or unlimited allowance.
4. Prices, fees and TEST assets
The order sheet shows amounts and currency, including merchandise, shipping, taxes and the Vitlane service fee, before approval. PayPal Live uses real USD; PayPal Sandbox does not move real money. GIWA Testnet uses no-value tVITUSD with six decimal places, without USD backing or a cash redemption right. Test ETH is for network fees and is separate from the order amount.
5. Order processing and records
For PayPal Live Pilot, an operator purchases from the merchant within your approved scope and records order and delivery progress in the app. New material merchant conditions require your response before proceeding. A Vitlane order record does not replace the merchant receipt. Sandbox and Testnet use SIMULATED order processing; their TEST receipts are neither proof of a real purchase nor a delivery promise.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund handling applies to the entire merchant order shown in the order sheet, not individual items or quantities within it. Before the relevant charge or procurement effect starts, you can request cancellation of that merchant order. After procurement, refund requests for supported reasons, such as a defect, wrong item, non-delivery or procurement failure, are reviewed through the app. An approved refund covers that merchant order’s amount including its allocated service fee. For PayPal, an uncaptured amount is released or a captured payment is refunded through PayPal as applicable; Sandbox refunds remain simulated. GIWA Testnet refunds return no-value tVITUSD under the TEST settlement rules. A request or pending state is not confirmation of a completed refund.
7. User responsibilities
Check the products, options, quantities, shipping information, amount and selected Live or TEST payment method before approval. For wallet actions, also check the network, contract and quantity. If a payment or signature request differs from the app, stop and contact Customer conversations. Do not send wallet private keys or payment credentials in support messages.
8. Operations and customer conversations
The Vitlane operations team operates the service. Signed-in users can check orders, payment and refund progress, delivery updates and privacy requests through Customer conversations in the app. Current payment-method availability is shown in the app; Pilot availability may change without changing the recorded payment method of an existing order.
